The program "TGR Mediterraneo", broadcast by the Italian television channel "TGR 3", highlighted the development of the aviation industry sector in Morocco, emphasizing the experience of the Institute of Aviation Professions in Casablanca in training competencies and qualifying youth for integration into the labor market.
The report indicated that the sector includes about 150 companies and provides approximately 24,000 jobs. Since its establishment in 2011, the institute has trained about 17,000 young men and women, with a professional integration rate of 99% immediately after graduation. The report also touched upon the role of specialized training and international investments in enhancing the competitiveness of Moroccan aeronautical industries and consolidating the Kingdom's position within global production chains, citing the experience of a young Moroccan woman who chose to specialize in mechanical production, with the aim of contributing to aircraft manufacturing.
