King Mohammed VI sent a congratulatory telegram to the members of the Moroccan national futsal team on the occasion of their victory in the Africa Cup of Nations.
The King's telegram stated, "We are pleased to extend to you our warmest congratulations and pride on the occasion of your victory in the Africa Cup of Nations, in its eighth edition, which was successfully hosted by our capital, Rabat, with the renowned hospitality of the Kingdom."
The King added, "We congratulate you, and through you, all the technical and administrative staff of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, on this renewed brilliance, which was forged by your excellent and enjoyable professional performance, alongside the steadfast determination to retain the title for Morocco for the fourth consecutive time, and the national zeal to affirm and consolidate our country's presence among the top teams at both continental and international levels."
This telegram also stated, "As we reiterate our high praise for your magnificent performance, and for once again raising the flag of our dear homeland high in this African gathering, we wish you continued success in achieving more titles and achievements in upcoming events, with our full favor and satisfaction."
