HIBAPRESS – Khalil Fazzazi
The Jdiriya municipality in the Smara province witnessed the inauguration and launch of a set of development projects, supervised by the province's governor, Ibrahim Boutoumilat, in the presence of the municipality's president, El Bachir Ajdoud, alongside a number of elected officials, civil and military figures, and representatives of external services.
These initiatives come as part of commemorating the first anniversary of Unity Day, within efforts to enhance local development and improve the living conditions of the rural population, by supporting infrastructure and expanding the scope of social and economic services.
The announced projects included the establishment of an ecological shelter in the municipality center, the construction and equipping of a meeting hall, as well as the construction and equipping of a center dedicated to the integration of rural women, providing a space to support their participation in social and economic life.
These projects also included the procurement of solar panels for the benefit of the residents, and the construction and equipping of a goat fattening center, in addition to organizing medical and awareness campaigns targeting the residents of the municipality, with the aim of enhancing health services and awareness in the rural environment.
These workshops fall within the development program of the Jdiriya municipality, which aims to respond to a number of local needs, by improving basic equipment, supporting income-generating activities, and developing services provided to citizens.
The actual impact of these projects is expected to be linked to the sustainability of the services they provide, the efficient management of their facilities, and ensuring the benefit of the residents, thereby strengthening the dynamic of local development in the Smara province.
