Three mechanisms will be put in place as part of the GO Siyaha program which was recently launched to support more than 1,700 tourism businesses in meeting the present and future challenges of the sector: investment support, technical support, as well as support for green growth.
This first regional application contract signed as part of the deployment of the tourism roadmap aims to optimize the region’s tourism offering, with a view to achieving the ambitious objective of 800,000 tourists by 2026, which “Go Siyaha”, which has a budget of 720 million dirhams (MDH), is not only an investment support program, but also technical support for companies wishing to digitalize, improve their income, or even succeed in an ecological transition.
In this perspective, the Moroccan National Tourism Office (ONMT) presented its 2023 results characterized by an improvement in the attractiveness of the tourist destination Morocco, by the continuation of promotion and marketing efforts of the destination and by the strengthening partnerships in distribution and air connectivity.
The 2023-2026 tourism roadmap places the tourist experience at the center of its new logic of the national tourism offer. The diversification of the portfolio of animation activities then becomes crucial to create unique experiences in the different regions of the Kingdom.
