A heinous crime in Fez… a grandson ends his grandmother’s life

The fragmentation of Al-Qaraouine in Ain Chekf, in the province of Sais, was shaken early Monday morning by a heinous murder in which an elderly woman was killed by her grandson.

According to well-informed sources, the perpetrator, aged thirty, massacred his grandmother from vein to vein, in mysterious circumstances which are the subject of a security investigation.

The same sources added that this crime mobilized local authorities and security agents who arrived at the scene to conduct the investigation, and that the body was transported to the dead body repository at Ghassani Hospital in Fez, while the national services arrested the perpetrator and placed him in theoretical custody for the benefit of the ongoing investigation under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor.
