This is not a joke, but it is reflected in the import and export data, as Morocco has doubled the volume of its Chinese tea imports during this year, and China is the world’s leading tea producer, setting a record in its exports of tea beans to the Kingdom.

In this regard, official data show that Morocco imported more than 123.5 million US dollars of Chinese tea between January and July this year.

Morocco is the largest importer of tea from China, followed by Ghana, Malaysia and Uzbekistan, confirming that Moroccans are the most “addicted” people in the world to the consumption of tea of ​​all kinds.
