On the basis of Decree No. 74-21-1 implementing Law No. 19-57 relating to the regime of real estate intended for local authorities, Published in the Official Journal No. 5824 of June 12, 2024, a draft resolution declaring that the general interest requires the development of the public highway to widen the development road, RN1 road from Salé – Kénitra from Moulay Rachid Street (formerly Dial Street) to the borders of the Amer Commune (Shams subdivision) and the expropriation of the real estate necessary for this purpose and temporary occupation, for a period of two months < 60 days >, starting from June 12, 2024, in order to record notes and declarations at the Construction and Real Estate Department in the Municipality of Salé.
After more than 75 days, the implementation decision is still in the hands of the Municipality of Salé and the competent authorities, in order to avoid any delay and accelerate the pace of expansion of this last phase between the Shams subdivision and the Chmaou district, which has ceased to operate since March 2021, for reasons known only to officials of the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra Regional Council.
As a reminder, this project will be implemented by the Provincial Directorate of Equipment, Transport and Logistics in Rabat, with the GCR – SA Company in Skhirate, the project site is estimated at 47,228,361.20 including tax for only a distance of 3.60 km.
