The Highway Company Announces Revenue for the First Half of 2024

The consolidated turnover of the road company in Morocco at the end of June amounted to more than 2.58 billion dirhams, representing a growth of 30.1% compared to the same period in 2023.

The company said in a statement published on the website of the Moroccan Capital Market Authority that this increase is due to an improvement in the number of operating transactions by 8.2 percent, on an annual basis, and in the number of construction transactions by 153 percent.

In the same context, the number of social transactions for the second quarter of 2024 reached an estimated amount of 976 million dirhams, up 11% compared to the same period last year.

During the second quarter of 2024, investments recorded a total amount of 413 million dirhams, and mainly concerned the work on the Tit Mellil-Berrechid motorway and the triangulation of the Casablanca ring road.

The company also indicated that its products have recorded a total cumulative depreciation investment of 70,032 million dirhams at the end of June 2024.

Concerning the consolidated debts at the end of last June, they decreased by 2.7% to 34.283 million dirhams.
