Rabat Medina Station’s New Design Dazzles Moroccans

The company responsible for preparing the Rabat Medina station has unveiled the final design and shape of one of Morocco’s most famous and oldest stations.

The new shape presented in the photo has impressed Moroccans on social networks, especially since the design combines modernity and originality by mixing the culture and architecture of Morocco while creating changes to modernize it.

According to the design, the new Rabat Medina station will have a 16-meter-high transparent glass roof, and it will be in harmony with the neighboring buildings (between R+3 and R+4), unlike the existing project which exceeds R+. 5.

It should be noted that after an interruption of more than two years, the National Railways Office announced the resumption of preparation work on the Rabat Medina station, which will be ready in its new form at the end of the year.
