Agadir: The Criminal Chamber settles the “ship” case and sentences the accused

The Criminal Appeal Chamber of the Agadir Court of Appeal sentenced the defendants in the case of the ship “Mahdia 3”, sentencing two defendants (the father and his son) to four years in prison for each of them, and to the payment of a fine of 350 million euros. cents for the benefit of the civil rights holders, as well as the destruction of the false documents.

The same judicial authority also decided to refer the case of forgery of commercial documents to the court of first instance of Agadir.

The case of the sale of the ship “Mahdia 3” in the city of Agadir had triggered a series of strange scandals that cost the victims huge sums of money, after the scandal of the falsification of many documents related to this ship, by a single person in order to justify his purchase of a share estimated at about 75 percent of the shipping company with false documents relating to commercial relations with the shipowner. The aforementioned person presented a detailed invoice in the name of an unknown company.
