Benmoussa reviews the latest developments in school admissions for the government

The day after tomorrow, Thursday, the Government Council will be held, chaired by Aziz Akhannouch, Prime Minister.

A press release from the Presidency of the Government specifies that the Council will first follow a presentation by the Minister of National Education, Primary Education and Sports, on the latest developments in school admissions, before moving on to the study of a draft decree-law providing for the completion of studies. the law as a drug and pharmacy code.

Subsequently, adds the same source, the Council will study five draft decrees, the first of which concerns the determination of the conditions and modalities for granting a certificate of official recognition of the suitability of the part for packaging and marketing, the second aiming to modify the decree and the third for the implementation of the provisions of the law relating to energy efficiency, in terms of awarding energy service contracts.

The fourth draft decree concerns the certificate of origin proving electricity from renewable energy sources, while the fifth concerns the application of the provisions of the law issued concerning self-production of electrical energy with regard to the smart meter.

The communication states that the Council will conclude its work by studying the proposals for appointment to high positions in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 92 of the Constitution.
