Heba Press/. Rabat

The National University of Democratically Oriented Education said that the unions have renewed their demands to the Ministry of National Education to reverse the decision to limit the age of passing the education exam to 30 years.

The union confirmed that these unions were calling for a precise implementation of the content of the new statute to overcome the protest.

The university added in a statement that the interventions of the representatives of the five education unions focused on the need to establish trust, to manage the system in a partnership relationship and implementation at the level of the regions and regions, to be proactive in presenting the decision on transition movements and to abolish the problematic requirement of 30 years which leads to depriving a large group of young people of success in the Matches exam.

The trade unions stressed the need to accelerate the reduction of working hours for competent cadres, the joint decision on compensation for certification exams, the settlement of the case of eminent teachers, the problem of additional compensation for secondary education diplomas for principals and general teachers, reduction of working hours, compensation of teachers for previous deductions, and others.

The Education Union quoted the Secretary General of the Ministry as saying that the meeting was part of the analysis of the guidelines of the Supreme Committee and collective reflection to develop a decision regarding transition movements of all types, and it was proposed to work in three teams; the first are movements related to teaching staff, then movements of educational administrative executives, then movements of other groups.
