Well-informed sources reported that a young girl of about fifteen years old attempted suicide by throwing herself from the second floor of the house in which she lived in the secondary district of the city of Imzouren, Al Hoceima province, which caused her fractures and internal bleeding.
The same sources explain that the young girl threw herself around two o’clock in the morning, on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, from the second floor of the house where she lives, which required her emergency transfer to the Mohammed VI Regional Directorate. Jadir Hospital Center, to receive the necessary first aid.
Identical sources at the Mohammed VI Regional Hospital Center in Jadeer confirmed that the girl in question is still lying in the intensive care unit and that she is in a coma, the medical staff having discovered, after a series of examinations, that she had internal bleeding and various fractures on several parts of her body.
In a related context, immediately after learning of the facts, the Bamzourn Judicial Police opened, on the orders of the competent Public Prosecutor’s Office, an investigation into the facts, in order to know the real reasons for the suicide of this young girl.
The city of Tarquist, Al Hoceima province, also recorded that a person, aged about 47, attempted suicide by jumping from the first floor of the house he lived in around three in the morning today, Wednesday, September 11, as he suffered multiple fractures in various parts of his body.
Sources on site confirmed that the person concerned was quickly transferred to the local hospital in Target, then to the Mohammed VI Regional Hospital Center in Jeddir to receive the necessary care.
According to preliminary data available from his entourage, this person in his forties suffered from a psychological disorder, and that he was following his psychological treatment before attempting suicide for reasons that could, in most cases, be linked to this psychological condition.
It is worth noting that several cases of suicide have been recorded recently in the province of Al Hoceima, including the case of a woman, born in 1959.
