Following the dissemination on certain social networks of photos of some people in swimsuits sitting on the ground and others facing a cement wall, the public prosecutor at the Tetouan Court of Appeal announced that the public prosecutor had ordered the opening of a judicial investigation into the case to determine the veracity of these facts and the origins of the publication of these images, which was entrusted to him by the National Division of the Judicial Police.

A statement from the Attorney General of the King at the Court of Appeal of Tetouan explained that the necessary legal effects will be settled on this case immediately after the closure of the investigation, with the public being informed of its results.
