Yesterday afternoon, Friday, September 20, police officers from the security wilaya of Fez were able to arrest the first vice-president of the Moulay Yacoub group, belonging to the “Bam” party, suspected of involvement in the issuance of a bad check worth $29 million centimes, according to a source informed to “Heba Press”.
The same source adds that the said advisor of the group, belonging to the “BAM” party, was arrested on the basis of a judicial search warrant issued against him because of the value of the said unpaid check.
The suspect is currently the subject of a thorough investigation by the judicial police under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor’s office, in order to determine the circumstances of this case.
