HIBAPRESS – A. Mahyaoui
The Taarart region in the Akoudim commune witnessed a joint intervention by the head of the commune and the regional commander, after which a patient was transferred to the regional hospital in Midelt to receive the necessary treatment.
This intervention comes within the framework of the ongoing efforts of the vigilance committee in the Midelt region, which attaches the utmost importance to breaking the isolation of the douars and mountainous areas, and taking care of humanitarian cases, especially patients and pregnant women, in light of the constraints associated with the difficulty of the routes and climatic conditions. The transfer operation was carried out in good conditions thanks to the precise coordination between the local authorities, the communal interests, and the various interveners, which enabled the patient to be delivered to the hospital institution at the appropriate time, where she was placed under the necessary medical care. This humanitarian initiative falls within the proactive approach adopted by the regional authorities under the supervision of the governor of the Midelt region, who closely monitors the work of the vigilance committee and follows up on its interventions point by point, in order to ensure the safety of citizens and respond immediately to various emergencies. The residents of the region value such interventions, which reflect the authorities' actual involvement in serving the population, and confirm that the humanitarian dimension remains at the heart of the field work, especially in areas suffering from fragility and isolation.
