This Saturday morning, the Court of First Instance of Tetouan referred a woman who appeared in previous videos against the backdrop of an attempted mass migration campaign that took place at the border post of “Bab Ceuta” last Sunday, to the local prison, “Somalia”.
The case concerns the woman named “Sumaya Al-Salhi”, who was arrested three days after the events of Fnideq in the “Al-Qasr Al-Saghir” area for inciting immigration. The accused was brought before the Court of First Instance in Tetouan this morning at ten o’clock in the morning.
After listening to the statements attributed to him, based on the reports of the judicial police and the evidence approved by the same court, which are probably his previous statements to the media, it was decided to follow up on him in case of arrest and send him to the local prison of Tetouan.
The case is expected to be brought before the investigating judge next Friday to complete all legal procedures adopted by the judicial authority to ensure fair trials.
