Mouloudia Alger supporters have caused chaos in their new stadium “Chahid Ali Ammar”, known as “Ali Lapointe”, in Douira, recently inaugurated by Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
The stadium hosted, this Saturday evening, the first official match of Mouloudia Alger against US Monastir of Tunisia, as part of the qualifying rounds of the groups of the African Champions League.
The match involved unfortunate behavior that does not reflect sportsmanship or the value of brotherhood among supporters.
Such behavior has become a common phenomenon in Algerian stadiums, which contributes to tarnishing the reputation of Algerian football.
Tunisian teams have also suffered from rioting problems inside Algerian stadiums, calling for serious measures to be taken to preserve the reputation of football.
