Moroccan champion Noufal Lahfi scored an important KO victory over his Indian opponent, Nassib Kabouli, in his first professional appearance within the world organization “Infusion”, Sunday, September 22, 2024, in the international tournament “K-1” organized by the Dutch city of Alkmaar.
Lahfi, who was competing in the under 62 kilos category, took control of the fight in a significant way, as the referee stopped the fight in the third round after he knocked his opponent down three times under the strong and successive blows of the Moroccan champion.
From the beginning, Lahfi showed remarkable physical and technical superiority, intelligently managing Nassib Kabouli’s movements, taking advantage of every opportunity to deliver fatal blows to the head and abdomen, which greatly affected his opponent’s performance.
In the third round, after a series of blows that made his opponent fall on the ring, the referee decided to stop the fight and announced the victory by KO of Nofal Lahfi, thus winning his first victory in this tournament.
This victory comes under the leadership of his new coach, Saeed Al-Badawi, who played a major role in the preparation of Lehfi thanks to his precise strategic orientations and his long experience in training champions.
Lahfi’s victory in this fight confirms his rising talent in the sport of “K-1” and increases his chances of continuing to shine on the international scene.
