A number of social media users have shared a video clip showing a young girl being harassed and abused on the main street of Tangier.
According to the video circulating, a number of minors harassed a young girl, tried to undress her in public and assaulted her, claiming that she was wearing immodest clothing.
In this regard, the Tangier Security Prefecture reacted quickly to the release of the video tape.
The police were able to arrest a 13-year-old minor suspected of being involved in these criminal acts, in which he participated with others.
According to a security source, the suspect, along with others, assaulted and harassed the woman, an incident that was documented in the aforementioned video.
The source added that a thorough investigation on the ground allowed the identification of the rest of those involved, since the minor was arrested, while the search continues to arrest the rest of the participants in this crime.
