Today, Wednesday, the Moroccan indoor football team concluded its preparations to face its Iranian counterpart in the round of 16 of the FIFA Indoor Football World Cup, “Uzbekistan 2024”.
The Moroccan national team conducted its final training session under the supervision of national voter Hicham Dakik, who focused on putting the finishing touches before the decisive match.
The session was marked by the absence of players Othman Al-Idrissi and Ismail Amzal due to injuries, while the rest of the players who accompanied the delegation to Uzbekistan were present.
The absence of injured players is a challenge for the team, on which the integrity of the group depends at this stage of the tournament.
The Moroccan national team qualified for this stage after occupying second place in its group with six points, behind the Portuguese leader, who qualified with the maximum score.
It is worth noting that the “Lions of Futsal” will face the Iranian national team tomorrow, Thursday, in the city of Bukhara, at exactly one and a half hours, Morocco time.
