In addition, the court issued judgment against the other defendants in case of arrest, who are officials of the Ministry of Health or owners of companies and brokers, with judicial decisions ranging from 3 to 7 years of effective imprisonment and financial fines ranging from 800 thousand dirhams to 50 thousand dirhams.
Concerning the accused who were released, the court imposed sentences on them ranging from two years of imprisonment with effect for a period of 6 months, and suspended the execution for the remainder. He also made his decision to sentence the defendants to a one-year suspended prison sentence. financial fines ranging from 10 thousand to 5 thousand dirhams.
The defendants were prosecuted because they were suspected of having committed offenses linked to “the constitution of a criminal gang, corruption, bribery, waste of public funds, counterfeiting of official documents, counterfeiting and use of documents issued by the public administration and the destruction of a public document which would facilitate the search for information. crimes and misdemeanors, the disclosure of their evidence and the punishment of the perpetrators, the incitement to commit crimes and the disclosure of professional secrecy.
