“Heba Press” learned from a well-informed source that residents of the Al-Qadadsha roundabout, in the commune of Maknas, on the outskirts of the Ba Muhammad village district in the province of Taounate, were shaken yesterday evening, Thursday 3 October, by a tragedy which cost the lives of 3 people, two brothers and the imam of the mosque at the aforementioned roundabout.
According to the same source, the three victims died inside a newly dug well, 30 meters underground.
According to the same source, the incident mobilized local authorities and members of the Royal Gendarmerie in the area, who arrived on site to carry out the necessary work. It was considered mysterious, especially since the well did not collapse, suggesting the incident. hypothesis according to which death was due to a lack of oxygen.
Members of the Royal Gendarmerie began their investigations, following the instructions of the competent Public Ministry, to determine the causes and circumstances of the incident, while the bodies of the victims were transferred to the morgue, with the intention of submit to a medical autopsy.
