Heba Press: Tiznit
Yesterday, Tuesday, elements of the judicial police of the city of Tiznit arrested a young man in his twenties, with a criminal record, after having been involved in a case linked to the rape of a minor under the age of 16 years old.
The victim had left the family home after an argument with a family member on Sunday evening, during which she found the suspect in the street. He took her by force to a store in the old town and had sex with her.
This incident prompted members of the Tiznit Judicial Security Police to open an investigation into this case, which resulted in the arrest of the suspect and his placement in theoretical custody pending his presentation before the general prosecutor of Agadir to complete the in-depth investigation into the incident.
