Minister of Economy and Finance Nadia Fattah Al-Alawi highlighted the government’s work in the 2025 Finance Law to implement measures to support the purchasing power of citizens.
In her speech at the session presenting the finance bill to Parliament on Saturday, the minister highlighted the continued support for raw materials, in particular butane gas, refined sugar and national soft wheat flour.
The minister added that 16.5 billion dirhams were allocated this year to the compensation fund to support these raw materials and the most consumable ones.
