Several former players of Youssoufia Berrechid’s team organized, today Monday, a new demonstration in front of the headquarters of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation and the Professional League against Abdel Salam Belkashour, the president of the league, due to what they called violations in their financial situation.
The actors concerned had already organized a first protest last Monday, but this received no response, due to the absence of Balqshour at the headquarters, and they were surprised again today by the persistent absence of Balqshour and his lack of presence on site to find a solution to their problem.
These protests from Youssoufia Berrechid’s former players come after the professional league decided to lift the contract ban against the “Al-Harizi” team, even if the contributions of these former players are still pending with the club.
These 19 players are waiting to receive their financial dues, believing that the professional league committed violations by lifting the ban on Youssoufia Berrechid’s team without fulfilling the condition of regularization of the financial situation of these former players.
