The Regional Councils of Adouls, in partnership with the Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences of Rabat, organized a national conference on the theme “Judicial documentation in the history of the Moroccan Sahara” on the occasion of the 49th anniversary of the March Green at Mohammed V University of Rabat.
The Regional Council of Adouls of Appeal of Beni Mellal, the Regional Council of Adouls of Appeal of Tangier and the Regional Council of Adouls of Appeal of Errachidia revealed a set of forensic documents dating back to the reign of the Alawite sultans and establishing the Moroccan Empire with its status of the Sahara with legal and historical evidence.
During the symposium, the Regional Councils of Adouls of Morocco examined more than three thousand forensic documents during the exhibition of forensic documents, some of which date back to the 18th century which refer to the Moroccanness of the Sahara and the link Sahrawi tribes with the Alawite sultans.
Idriss Trali, head of the Regional Council of Adouls of Appeal of Beni Mellal, confirmed this. This scientific meeting, which is organized by the Mohammed V University, has a special symbolism and in partnership with our regional councils with regard to the the institution, which is part of the Royal Appeal of all citizens and all actors in society to defend the legitimacy of the Moroccan Sahara question with legal, political, historical and spiritual evidence and coordination between them.
In this context, this scientific forum aimed to promote the issue of the Moroccan Sahara which comes from the point of view of the judicial documents concerning the Moroccan Sahara, including the various documents which regulate the contractual relations between the sons of our Southern Territories or the documents of the allegiance of the Sahrawi tribes to the Moroccan Throne, which proves the relationship of Moroccan Sovereignty over these Regions.
