Spanish coach Emmanuel Algaucil, coach of Real Sociedad, has excluded Moroccan international Naif Akrad from the squad for his team’s match against Javi Espanyol in the round of 32 of the Copa del Rey, scheduled for Thursday.
Akrad’s exclusion from the squad was based on a decision by Alghausel, where he was resting in preparation for the next Spanish League match, after the player played two matches for the Moroccan national team during the African Cup qualifiers against Gabon and Lesotho during the recent international break.
