Due to the Olympics, Macron writes to the president of Real Madrid

Emmanuel Macron once again sent messages to the management of Real Madrid due to Kylian Mbappé’s participation in the Paris Olympics, as he came very close to a transfer to the royal club during the next summer transfer window.

Macron considers the transfer of the Paris Saint-Germain star to Real Madrid inevitable and once again asks Florentino Pérez to allow the French player to participate in the Olympic competition.

In an interview with the newspaper “La Tribune”, Macron said: “I hope that all European clubs give freedom to their players, and the French clubs will do it. I hope others will follow the Olympic spirit.”

He added: “I spoke with the player’s father, Wilfried Mbappé, and I told him that the Paris Saint-Germain player still wants to participate in the Olympics.”

Macron is indirectly referring to the president of Real Madrid, Florentino Pérez, because he has already clarified that the royal club would not allow its players to participate in this tournament, a position recently announced by the Spanish club.
