Co-organized by leading global actors and renowned African institutions in the fields of climate change and food security, this roundtable aims to stimulate collaboration, innovation and coordination of efforts for sustainable change.

This conclave, which is held in a hybrid format, in-person and online, is designed to bring together stakeholders from various sectors, to address pressing challenges in the climate action and food security landscape in Africa.

Participants will take part in two days of discussions, interactive workshops and networking opportunities designed to identify the pressing challenges facing African countries in climate action and food security, while designing strategic interventions to respond to them.

It is also about sharing best practices through the interventions of leading experts and practitioners who are leading innovative approaches to climate adaptation, mitigation and sustainable agriculture.

At the end of this meeting, participants will be led to set up a continental coordination platform, develop a plan for coordinated climate action, position stakeholders and countries for a response on a larger scale and create a group of pan-African climate action work for long-term impact.
