Women’s U17 national team to play in friendly game against Portugal

The U17 women’s national team is set to face off against Portugal in a friendly game in Santarem this Tuesday.

The game will kick off at 3 p.m, and both teams will play the second game on September, 22 at 11 a.m in Rio Maior.

Those games come as part of the preparations ahead of the 2022 India World Cup.

The national team will play in group A countries, alongside India (the host country), the US, and Brazil.

The international sporting event is set to take place from October 11 to 30 in India.
