Diego Simeone, Atletico Madrid coach, praised the Barcelona team, considering his best in the Spanish League this season thanks to his magnificent style of play.
After equality against Real Madrid, Simeone said about the competitiveness of “La Liga”: “I always think that Barcelona is the best team because it offers a wonderful and fast offensive ball. If Barcelona defeated Seville, the competition for the head will be more exciting, which will make journalists more enthusiastic.
Regarding the refereeing performance in the match, which Carlo Ancelotti saved, Simeone stressed: “I think the referee has successfully completed the meeting. Some considered the intervention of Sibayos worth the red card or at least by examining the shooting in the Var, while others have seen the opposite. In the end, the referee made his decision according to what he saw, and the Var team considered that it was not necessary to review the blow.
