Heba Press – Marrakech
The continuation of the Court of First Instance of Marrakech ordered this afternoon on Thursday afternoon to lay down a 19-year-old daughter of Al-Wadaya prison, after being involved in the case of an earlier physical attack and a threat by the digital media against the Salma student.
Today, the suspect appeared before the competent prosecutor, after the end of the theoretical daycare period that she suffered after being arrested by the State Judicial Police Service in Marrakech, as part of the judicial investigation which began last Tuesday.
According to data obtained by the “Heba Press” website, the accused faces the accusation of dissemination and distribution of false allegations and facts with the intention of touching the privacy of people, as well as the accusation of exercising psychological violence against a woman.
The suspect should be referred to the judge of investigation to conduct investigations into this case, which has aroused generalized controversy, in particular with regard to digital violence and to harm the victims via the Internet.
