But despite these difficulties, the coach attempted a serious attempt to avoid falling, and played the role of the main engine to preserve the position of the team in the first section, and although the Skitiwi was subjected to severe criticism, he carried in his heart the determination which did not led him to the guarantee of the team to stay in the first section, which made the coach announce the coach, the club ship while it reached security.
But this season cannot be considered an ordinary sports season, which has been at the center of forecasts, and has come after years of accumulations that the team has gone through, from the worsening of financial problems to internal conflicts that affected the club’s stability.
In the absence of the competent March offices and the deterioration of the financial situation, Hassania Agadir found himself floating in a sea of debts and accumulated contributions, putting the team in a very difficult position.
Even after leaving the Skeyiwi, the club has not yet cut the bridge, because it needs a large restoration process at all levels, priority must be for financial and organizational reforms, so that the next administration must go to the improvement of the team infrastructure and to ensure the financial stability that allows the club to contract with distinguished players and qualify the sports sector, the team, the team continuous monitoring – competition command.
In this context, the public and everyone must be aware that the Skitiwi was not the sole responsible for the difficult conditions that the team has gone through, while the real crisis begins with the previous offices that led the team to the bottom, and the club has drowned in enormous financial problems and complex administrative conditions. Consequently, the burden of saving the team was not only one person, but rather a collective responsibility which requires the solidarity of all the parties concerned.
