Favor vegetables

It is recommended to eat more vegetables, cooked or raw. It is an excellent detoxifier, as long as they contain all the nutrients necessary to eliminate fat and purify the body.

Vegetables contain potassium and fiber which not only contribute to the reduction of inflammation but which promote antioxidants at different levels of the body.

During the Eid El Adha holiday, eat plenty of vegetables and raw vegetables with meat, and be careful not to drink soft drinks or fruits. Instead, consume more tea, but without sugar and use lots of spices and natural ingredients during this festive period.

It is highly recommended to use natural or dried herbs, such as parsley, coriander, thyme or basil. Don’t hesitate to have some knowledge of these herbs and be careful to use them in moderation. You should also avoid fat and, for example, replace butter and cream with vegetable oil, or cook the items by steam or in the oven.
