The local government of La Rioja in Spain plans to sue Ibrahim Ghali, leader of the “road sector” gang, for non-payment of his medical bill at a Spanish hospital.
The Spanish newspaper “La Razon” reported that the La Rioja government will file a lawsuit against Ben Batouch to recover the debt resulting from his medical bill at San Pedro Hospital.
The newspaper added that Ben Batouch spent forty-four days, from April 18 to June 1, 2021, at the San Pedro Hospital in Logroño, Spain to be treated for the corona virus, noting that the bill for his treatment amounted to more than fifty thousand euros.
