HIBAPRESS
Mohammed Mehdi Bensaid, Minister of Youth, Culture, and Communication, said in a television program on Medi 1 TV last Saturday evening that talking about "a good year" is unrealistic in light of the current situation, clarifying: "We do not say that the year is good. When the year is good, it means that we do not need the government and the parliament. The government and the parliament exist to solve citizens' problems."
The minister added: "The role of the heads of municipalities, regions, and the government is to address citizens' problems, and when the year is good and we live in paradise, we will not need these ministers, these parliamentarians, and the presidents, but today the situation requires more than that."
Bensaid continued: "The problem lies in trust, communication, and the way of dealing with demands," emphasizing the importance of continuous government efforts to address the issues presented to citizens.
