HIBAPRESS – Abdellatif Elbaz
What Raja Beni Mellal is experiencing is no longer a passing results crisis, but has become a clear reflection of a confused management situation and a lack of a clear sporting vision within the club, which was a prominent name in national football years ago.
The latest defeat a short while ago against Racing de Casablanca by a goal to nil, scored by Ayoub El Kaddaoui in the 65th minute, was only a new episode in the series of failures that have exhausted the club's fans, and confirmed that the team is going down a dark path due to random and impulsive decisions by those in charge of its affairs. The Beni Mellal fans are now convinced that the crisis is not only technical, but primarily administrative, as the management office has been unable to put forward a clear project, whether in choosing the right coach or in recruiting players capable of raising the level of competition. The continued silence of the administration in the face of this unprecedented decline suggests its inability to face reality or admit the mistakes that have led the team to this critical situation. As for the green rectangle, the players have lost confidence in themselves and in the system as a whole, which reflects the lack of motivation and discipline within the group, in light of management without strategy or accountability. The fans who filled the stands at the beginning of the season are today required to bring about real change, not slogans, by restructuring the management office and opening the door to new competencies that have a clear vision and a true love for the team. The current situation is no longer bearable, and remaining silent about failure has become a form of participation in it.
