HIBAPRESS – Shafiq Anouri
Algerian journalist Abdelkrim Zeglish directed harsh criticism at the ruling military regime for its focus on the Moroccan Sahara dispute instead of focusing on the country's development.
Zeglish said in a post published on his "Facebook" account, under the title: "Morocco Reaps the Harvest, and We Argue Over the Nation!", that the Kingdom is making more than a billion dollars from economic projects in the southern regions. He added that all indicators confirm that this number will rise in the coming year, thanks to the new agreement signed by Morocco and the European Union regarding trade in agricultural and marine products. He continued, addressing the Algerian Foreign Minister Ahmed Attaf, that while Morocco is reaping billions and "strengthening its economy (…) you are still explaining to the world where the mistake is, as if you are the Minister of Wisdom in the Republic of Speech!". He continued his speech directed at Attaf and through him to everyone who adopts his position: "You practice your deep philosophy in criticism and analysis!! And explain the United Nations resolution from all angles, you are rambling to us with your failed diplomacy." He continued: "They took the sea, the land, what is above and what is below… and you weep and mourn, you failure," adding: "Morocco is reaping the harvest, and we are arguing over the nation!", before concluding: "This is what is useful, other than that, it is just confusion." The same journalist had said in his comment on news in which "Polisario" talks about the continuation of its fighting against Morocco until it achieves its separatist goal, that if the front continued on this path, America "will support Morocco diplomatically and militarily and provide it with everything it needs to get rid of it (i.e., the front)." Zeglish concluded in a post published yesterday, Thursday, on his social media account "Facebook", that "those who bet on the Polisario, or are associated with it, lack any foresight," stressing that what matters to him is "the interests of Algeria and Algeria only."
