The Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Morocco in the Calabria region of Italy, Professor Domenico Nicari, praised in an exclusive statement to HIBAPRESS, the recent adoption by the United Nations Security Council of the autonomy plan submitted by the Kingdom of Morocco as a realistic and practical framework for resolving the issue of the Moroccan Sahara.
