DGI/MRE: creation of regional, provincial and prefectural assistance and communication services at the level of all Regions of the Kingdom

The General Directorate of Taxes (DGI) has just published a tax guide for Moroccans Residing Abroad (MRE), which cannot replace the legislative and regulatory texts in force, particularly with regard to registration and stamp duties, value added tax (VAT) and income tax (IR).
This is, in fact, the social solidarity contribution on deliveries, to oneself, of construction of the main residence and the refund of VAT or (DETAXE) for the benefit of non-resident persons for goods and merchandise acquired within the country.
In this guide, the DGI recalls the creation of regional, provincial and prefectural assistance and communication services at the level of all the Regions of the Kingdom, with the aim of ensuring an adapted and quality service.
