This initiative comes as part of Morocco's efforts to facilitate the movement of African fans wishing to attend the major continental event, and to provide an advanced digital fan experience that reflects Morocco's leading organizational and technological capabilities in Africa. The committee confirmed that the FAN ID card will be mandatory to enter the stadiums, indicating that the processing of electronic visa applications and FAN ID cards is done simultaneously through the application, making the process easier and faster, and providing an integrated digital experience without the need for paper procedures or additional travel. The official website www.yallamorocco.ma has also been adopted as the only platform for obtaining the FAN ID card, with a customer service dedicated to the number +212530302030 in Arabic, English, and French to provide support and answer fans' inquiries. The technical team can be contacted via email info@yallamorocco.ma to receive assistance in submitting applications.
