Anger is escalating within the Higher Institutes of Nursing Professions and Health Technologies, amid direct accusations against the Ministry of Health and Social Protection for failing to address the re-appointment files, despite the severe shortage that these institutions are experiencing.
Professors at the Kelaat Mgouna Institute say that their requests, supported by pedagogical qualifications and higher degrees, have remained for months on the shelves of the Human Resources Department without any response, while some institutes resort to patchwork solutions to fill the shortage, such as reducing training hours and using temporary professors. Sources from within the sector consider that the unjustified delay of these files reveals a deep imbalance in the management of human resources, and strikes at the heart of the declared efforts to reform the health training system. While the institutes are waiting for qualified professors ready to join immediately, these face administrative silence that exacerbates frustration and hinders professional and family paths, and weakens the quality of training in a sensitive sector that is supposed to be at the forefront of the state's priorities. Professionals confirm that the continued ignoring of requests, despite their connection to social stability and the urgent needs of the regions, reflects the absence of a clear vision within the relevant department, and raises real questions about transparency and fairness in managing transfers. They believe that the situation can no longer tolerate further waiting, and that the Ministry is required to assume its full responsibility, and engage in an urgent treatment of these files, in respect of the rights of the staff and to ensure the integrity of the health training reform project, which will not be rectified without strong guidance and stable pedagogical institutions.
