Fatima Zahra El Mansouri, Minister of National Territorial Planning, Urbanism, Housing and City Policy, confirmed that the process of rebuilding the homes of those affected by the Al Haouz earthquake is progressing at an advanced pace.
El Mansouri explained during her intervention in the House of Representatives that 58,945 building permits had been issued by the specialized study committees. El Mansouri considered that this figure reflects the level of mobilization that the state is undertaking to rebuild the affected areas according to standards that protect buildings against risks. El Mansouri stressed that the ministry's teams have worked to simplify procedures and technically support families in order to carry out the work in the best conditions, especially in the villages that were severely damaged.
