The Moroccan Occupational Mutual Fund will organize, on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, in the city of Casablanca, with the contribution of the Moroccan Games and Sports Company, the twelfth edition of the Occupational Health Day, under the slogan: "Data Intelligence and Holistic Health: An Alliance for Performance and Employee Well-being".
The organization of this edition comes in the context of the deep economic and social transformations that Morocco is witnessing, where the need to place occupational health among the priorities of companies and institutions is increasing, as it is a basic lever for performance, sustainability, and equity. The Moroccan Occupational Mutual Fund continues, in line with its mission, to establish this day as an annual space for exchange, dialogue, and collective thinking about ways to improve working conditions and enhance the health and well-being of human resources. Since its launch in 2012, Occupational Health Day has become a reference point that brings together representatives of the public and private sectors, social bodies, experts, academics, and economic actors, around a common goal: establishing a sustainable health culture within workplaces and strengthening the position of human capital in the dynamics of national development. This edition falls within the framework of the High Royal Vision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God protect him, aimed at reforming the health system, generalizing social protection, and consolidating spatial justice and balanced development.
Thematic Areas of the Edition
The twelfth edition focuses on the interaction between data intelligence, ethical governance, and holistic health, in light of the rapid transformations taking place in work environments due to digitalization and artificial intelligence. It aims to highlight the role that data can play, if used transparently and responsibly, in supporting health prevention, supporting workers, and improving human performance within institutions. The day will open with a presentation by an expert in artificial intelligence and ethical governance, during which she will present a future vision for the role of artificial intelligence in developing occupational health and protecting individuals in the digital age.
Round Tables
The program of the edition includes the organization of three main round tables: data intelligence and human performance, mental health, and mental stress, and work-life balance, the role of movement and sports in promoting holistic health, with the contribution of the Moroccan Games and Sports Company as a major institutional partner committed to spreading sports as a lever for health and social integration. This partnership reflects the growing role of physical activity in promoting well-being within society, and highlighting the intersection between the values of sports, occupational health, and social performance.

This event is distinguished by a financing model that relies exclusively on partners from the business world who share the values of social responsibility, health, and prevention, which allows for the preservation of the contributions of subscribers and provides complete independence in organizing and directing the event.
