The judicial center elements of the Royal Gendarmerie in Tamensourt arrested, a short while ago, on Tuesday afternoon, an employee in the urbanization department of the Harbil commune, after catching him red-handed receiving a bribe of 500 dirhams from a citizen.
According to sources from the newspaper, the arrest was carried out after a citizen filed a complaint by contacting the green number, through which he confirmed that he was being extorted by the employee. A meticulous trap was set up by the judicial center elements of the Royal Gendarmerie in Tamensourt, who caught him red-handed receiving the mentioned amount.
The employee was taken to the service headquarters in order to write an arrest report and place him under custody before being presented to the Public Prosecution.
