HIBAPRESS – A. Mahyaoui
In a political atmosphere marked by openness and a spirit of responsibility, the Secretary-General of the Party of Progress and Socialism welcomed the young Badr Bensada today, Tuesday, in the presence of Rachid Al-Hamouni, who is one of the party's most prominent leaders and one of its organizational dynamos, due to his high morals, remarkable humility, and sincere involvement in charitable and humanitarian work, in addition to his active political presence.
This step carries strong indications of the choice of renewal and injecting new blood into parliamentary work, through which the Party of Progress and Socialism announced the nomination of the young Badr Bensada as the agent of its electoral list in the Safrou province district in the upcoming legislative elections, thus being the youngest parliamentary candidate at the level of the Fez-Meknes region due to his popular position in the Safrou province.
This decision comes in a political context characterized by a decline in the level of trust in representative work and the growing demands of the population for the necessity of breaking with the logic of traditional names that have monopolized the parliamentary scene for years without their participation reflecting on local development or improving the conditions of citizens.
Badr Bensada is one of the young faces that has accumulated a significant presence in the local fabric of the Safrou province, thanks to his closeness to the issues of the population and his continuous interaction with the concerns of young people, in addition to his serious involvement in public affairs, which made him receive the appreciation and respect of a wide segment of citizens and local activities.
The Party of Progress and Socialism is betting, through this nomination, on competence, youth, and integrity as basic cornerstones for restoring the importance of political work, and building a new model in parliamentary representation, based on serious advocacy for the issues of the region, defending spatial justice, and contributing effectively to the implementation of fair and sustainable development policies.
The endorsement of Badr Bensada is also seen as a clear message that youth are capable of assuming political responsibility, participating effectively in decision-making, and breaking the stereotypical image that has reduced parliamentary work to certain faces, which no longer respond to the aspirations of citizens or the expectations of the new generation.
Many local activities and followers of political affairs in the province agree that the nomination of Badr Bensada constitutes a real opportunity to restore hope to the population of Safrou, and to open a new page whose title is closeness to the citizen, listening to his concerns, and serious field work for real development that meets the needs and challenges of the region.
