The well-known YouTuber, Mohamed Sakkaki, nicknamed "The Casket's Owner," has filed an official complaint before the Ain Sebaa Criminal Court of First Instance in Casablanca against the so-called Al-Malouli, a former security officer, after the circulation of videos and accusations that Sakkaki described as "offensive to national and personal dignity."
Mohamed Sakkaki confirmed during his statements to the "HIBAPRESS" website from in front of the court that the complaint comes within the framework of protecting his rights and respecting the law, noting that the content of the video that sparked controversy contains mockery and direct accusations of national treason against him, which he considered an affront to his reputation and dignity in front of his children and the public. He added that the video extends for about 12 minutes and includes accusations of patriotism and the royal stance, with the misuse of offensive and abusive language. Sakkaki explained that he had previously faced difficult circumstances in the past and was convicted in previous cases, but he stressed that he maintained his patriotism and his full rights, stressing that the allegations against him in the video are unfounded. He confirmed that the complaint was filed by his lawyer, Kamal Al-Aidi, to ensure the follow-up of the case through the judiciary. The speaker pointed out that what happened to him affected his children, who heard the accusations against their father, which prompted him to resort to the judiciary to prove his innocence and ensure that he is not offended again via social media. He stressed that the aim of the complaint is not to respond to public criticism, but to confront direct and personal attacks, and to protect his legal rights. "The Casket's Owner" confirmed that the Moroccan judiciary is the reference for resolving this case, and that he trusts the integrity of the judicial authorities to issue a fair judgment. He explained that the case also aims to protect the principles of law and the rights of citizens in the face of any violations or false accusations, noting that the complaint will be followed up at the judicial level to ensure justice and fairness in the face of these accusations.
