The General Directorate of Meteorology expects, for today, Friday, that the weather will be relatively cold to locally cold in the Atlas Mountains, the Rif, the southeast of the country, the high plateaus, and the northeast of the Saharan regions.
Low clouds accompanied by fog or very light rain are expected to form over the northern Atlantic plains, and locally in the Middle Atlas Mountains during the night and morning, while the weather will be occasionally cloudy with scattered rainfall over the Tangier region at night.
Also, somewhat strong wind gusts are expected locally in the Mediterranean facade, and the central and southern coasts.
The minimum temperatures will range between 9- and 4- degrees in the Atlas Mountains, and between 3- and 2- in both the Rif, the high plateaus and the southeast, and between 8 and 10 degrees in the south of the Saharan regions, and will be between 3 and 8 degrees in the rest of the Kingdom, while the temperatures during the day will witness a slight decrease in both the northern and central Atlantic plains in addition to the Saharan regions.
The sea will be slightly choppy to rough on the Mediterranean facade and in the Strait of Gibraltar, and along the Atlantic coast.
