HIBAPRESS – Rabat
The Moroccan National Tourist Office launched a notable communication step by displaying the advertising spot for its international campaign "Morocco, Land of Lights" on the large external screen of the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat, one of the most prominent sports and urban landmarks in the Kingdom.
This display, which coincides with the capital hosting major sporting events, provides an exceptional view of images of Morocco to thousands of fans, visitors, and residents of Rabat, in addition to the international audience present in the city. The campaign highlights Morocco as a modern, inspiring, and welcoming destination, transforming the public space surrounding the stadium into an open platform to promote the "Morocco" brand in a space that carries strong symbolism in terms of gathering and collective emotion. The Moroccan National Tourist Office, by investing in the external facade of the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium, confirms its adoption of an innovative approach in the field of tourism communication, in line with the major infrastructure of the Kingdom and with events that have a wide media impact, which enhances the radiance of the Moroccan destination at the national and international levels. The external facade of the stadium was designed and built by the "Lamalif" group, a Moroccan leader in the field of architectural lighting and innovative urban solutions. Thanks to LED technology integrated into the building's architecture, the stadium has been transformed into a prominent visual sign, visible from far distances, and in harmony with the urban landscape of the capital. This initiative falls within the framework of a strategic partnership between the Moroccan National Tourist Office and the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, and aims to make sport a major lever for the tourism promotion of the Kingdom, by linking the football radiance and the tourist image of Morocco. Through this step, Morocco continues to consolidate a strong, contemporary, and welcoming image, driven by the outstanding achievements of national football, headed by the brilliance of the "Atlas Lions". An image carried by lights, sports, and shared emotion, and keeping pace with the dynamism of the Kingdom's presence on the international arena and its readiness for the upcoming major events.
